RETURNS & EXCHANGES:  We will accept returns only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.  Otherwise, we will accept it as an exchange.  We feel that we represent our products fairly and accurately.  If you have a question concerning any listings, please contact us prior to purchase.  This may prevent misunderstandings from happening.  For returns & exchanges, please contact us and we will work out the arrangements together.  We exchange for merchandise only (no cash difference); if an exchange transaction produces a credit to you, you will be issued a store credit which you may use toward a future purchase.  Please return all items in original packaging.

If you are buying with the intention of gifting at a future time, please contact us and we will work out an agreement for a return/exchange in case the recipient wishes something different.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:  Gift Certificates may be transferred upon approval by the Home Office.  Good for 13 months from original purchase date.  If a Gift Certificate transaction produces a credit to the holder, the holder will be issued a store credit which may be used toward a future purchase.

WHOLESALE ORDERS:  The following conditions must be met to qualify for wholesale pricing:  Sales Tax License and/or number along with complete business address and phone number are required BEFORE an order will be processed; a minimum of $200 must be ordered.  Wholesale Discount averages 30% off.  Please contact us for exact pricing on items you are interested in.  Wholesale orders will be billed via Paypal Email Invoicing system.  Regular shipping costs apply.
