CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICES:  At this time (and until further notice), Custom Design Service is offered at no extra charge!  We would be honored to work in partnership with you to create that perfect handmade gemstone jewelry item.  Please feel free to contact us to arrange for design services.  We specialize in large group orders, especially wedding parties!  (60-day lead time required.)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:  We feel that we represent our products fairly and accurately.  If you have a question concerning any listings, please contact us prior to purchase.  This may prevent misunderstandings from happening.  For exchanges, please contact us and we will work out the arrangements together.  We exchange for merchandise only (no cash difference); if an exchange transaction produces a credit to you, you will be issued a store credit which you may use toward a future purchase.  Please return all items in original packaging.

If you are buying with the intention of gifting at a future time, please contact us and we will work out an agreement for a return/exchange in case the recipient wishes something different.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:  Gift Certificates may be transferred upon approval by the Home Office.  Good for 13 months from original purchase date.  If a Gift Certificate transaction produces a credit to the holder, the holder will be issued a store credit which may be used toward a future purchase.

PAYMENT:  Payment for Store items is handled through Paypal's checkout system.  Payment Confirmation is to be received within 3 business days, following purchase.  Items will be returned to "live" stock at that point.

WHOLESALE ORDERS:  The following conditions must be met to qualify for wholesale pricing:  Sales Tax License and/or number along with complete business address and phone number are required BEFORE an order will be processed; a minimum of $500 first-time purchase must be ordered.  Wholesale Discount averages 50% off.  Sale prices do not qualify for Wholesale order pricing.  Please contact us for exact pricing on items you are interested in.  Wholesale orders will be billed via Paypal Email Invoicing system.  Wholesale purchasers pay actual shipping costs plus insurance (required).
