OUR GUARANTEE:  If within the first 30 days following receipt, your item proves to be defective due to sub-quality workmanship, we will gladly re-string and ship the piece to you at our expense.  Please contact us ASAP to advise that you are sending the piece back for repair.

"TLC":  If a piece does break, please try to reclaim as many beads as possible.  "Lost" additional supplies may or may not be on hand!  You will need to mail the beads to KATZ CREATIONS.  Please contact us for shipping information.  Insure at your own discretion.

Even though we constantly strive for durability, we highly recommend that you do not shower or bathe in your fine jewelry.  We also caution you against sleeping in it.  It is suggested that when you are not wearing your jewelry that you seal the pieces in the plastic bags which come with your gift box.  It will help protect the stones, as well as greatly reduce the rate of tarnishing.

If the piece is strung with Accu-Flex or Beadalon (mini/multi wires fused together in a plastic tube), extra care should be taken not to cinch or pinch the piece.  The "fold" will be next to impossible to reverse and your piece will not lay flat.  See the "Care & Feeding" section for additional information on multi-wire strung beaded jewelry.  These measures will help assure you many years of "Beauty For Your Life"!

RE-STRINGING:  Cost for re-stringing due to accident (after the first 30 days), mistreatment, or at your request (re-sizing/redesigning): $15 plus shipping and insurance.

SHIPPING INFO:  We exclusively use USPS PRIORITY MAIL for all shipping. FLAT RATE SHIPPING & INSURANCE ONLY $7 per Order! For the present time, we ship only to the contiguous USA.

EARRINGS:  Earring Hooks, Leverbacks, and Hoops will be either Surgical Stainless Steel or Sterling Silver, dependent upon supplies.  All French Hook earrings come with a pair of clear, plastic stoppers to be used for securing to ear.  If you prefer Leverback holders, instead of French Hooks, please let us know and we'll be glad to change out for an additional $7 per pair.

CLASPS:  We LOVE the Self-Locking Clasps that appear on many of our pieces, even tho' they are SP (silver plated).  With this rare exception, all our "silver" materials are either Sterling (92.5) or Thai Hill Tribe (99.5).  We have not been able to locate a supplier for a sterling version of this finding.  We have extensively tested the plating (showers, sleeping) and the finish has never shown wear!  So, we will continue to use these until we can procure the sterling version.  All other clasps will be sterling or better (unless otherwise noted on the individual listings).
